I've dedicated my passport sized Midori to list making. I was skeptical of this size but it's actually quite nice to keep in my purse. I do have the insert that came with the cover in it at the moment but I will probably be removing it soon. I don't really enjoy the magenta colored cover (maybe I'll cover it with something.)
Next up is another Scout Book with dot-grid paper that I've decorated with a stamp. The US postoffice came out with circus stamps last year and I've hoarded quite a few because they are just so great. I figure I'll use some as stickers because I love circus imagery.
I've decided to use this book as a holder of all my bucket lists. Each page has different lists of things I'd like to accomplish during my lifetime. The beginning of the book has a general wish-list of more attainable purchases like bags, furniture, stationary, clothing brands, etc. I like writing this stuff out because it's so satisfying to cross items off my lists.
Attached to the back cover is the Midori pen loop. I haven't found a pen that matches the size of this Midori just yet but am considering the brass Midori pen.
If you have any questions, let me know. Please don't confuse this Midori with Field Note sized faux-doris. Field Notes are larger than Scout Books and will not fit properly. I actually made a faux-dori for my boyfriend to hold Field Notes. I'll share that next.
