October was a fun month, it usually is, but it kind of marks the end of the year for me. November and December really aren't that great. From here on out it just feels like a shift toward Christmas and I hate Christmas.
+ Tim and Eric & Dr Steve Brule in Pittsburgh! This was a great way to begin October and I had so much fun.
+ We went to see the Fallingwater house. A dream! I've been wanting to see the house in person for years and years. It really did live up to my expectations.
+ Dorian's 1 year anniversary! The year went by fast but it was better because of his craziness.
+ New Kindle Voyage and New iPad mini. I went a little crazy with updating tech this month. I'm very happy with both, though. I was using an iPad 2 that I got in 2010/2011! It served me well but the display was just getting on my nerves. My iPad mini is so crisp and graphics look great on it. I also really like the size.
+ New Patrick Rothfuss book that will be finished and reviewed by the beginning of November.
+ Cemetery visits. The header of this blog entry was taken by Ryan and edited by me. Tinyplanets are fun.
+ American Horror Story: Freak Show is on TV and it's been pretty good so far. Aside from Elsa Mars' rendition of modern songs, I love the circus imagery. If you're a fan of the show you probably noticed the font in this month's header is from AHS.
+ Colorful leaves this year! I feel like they really out-shined last year.
+ Looking into November, I am excited to make my stuffing again this year. We've already decided to not cook a bird but just have stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy and pie. So pumped. We are also going to see Norm Macdonald in Cleveland! I am so excited to see him.
- School, work, the usual. Can't I just be a stay at home cat mom?
