If you watch YouTube planner/stationery/haul videos you might have stumbled across One Book July and the idea that for (at least) one month, you use one book to plan, journal, and write in. I've been following many people's videos about this since it's conception a few years ago but never participated. This year, now that I have free time and am wanting to be a bit more creative, I've decided to participate.
Supplies I'm using:
- B6 Stalogy 365 notebook in my un-dyed Buteo Bunker traveler's notebook (both have been sitting on my shelf and I thought I'd finally try out the size)
- Assortment of pens, highlighters, and supplies.
The theme of this year's One Book July is "go big or go home" and I'm interpreting that as using all of my supplies to the best of my ability instead of hoarding or feeling like "I shouldn't waste" what I have. I've decided to not buy more until I use a good amount of what I currently own.
Essentially, the notebook will be a catchall for planning, notes (I have to start working on a year long EBP project for nurse residency), journaling about my day, and art.
I think this challenge will be a good formal intro to Bullet Journaling and keeping everything in one book--which is what I'd ideally want to do with my life as i'm trying to simplify.
Anyone else taking the challenge or want to try?
